A Washington Commanders executive who was recently suspended by the franchise for inflammatory remarks he made on a secretly-recorded date has now been fired a team spokesperson confirmed to Mail Sport.

Rael Enteen, the Vice President of Content for the franchise, went on a date with an undercover reporter for O’Keefe Media Group – and claimed the team’s black players were ‘homophobic’, that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was racist and that some players throughout the league were ‘dumb as hell.’

He told the O’Keefe Media journalist, ‘A big chunk [of the Commanders roster] is very low-income African-Americans that comes from a community that is inherently very homophobic.’

‘I love hip-hop, hip-hop is very homophobic,’ he added. ‘It’s a cultural thing that I hope gets better.’

Enteen’s accusations of homophobia also extended beyond the team’s black community as he also claimed that 50 percent of the roster is white and religious, suggesting they are also homophobic in accordance with Christian anti-LGBTQIA+ teachings.

He also labeled NFL fans as ‘mouth breathers’ before slamming the NFL’s social justice initiatives, such as the league’s commitment to ‘Black Lives Matter, Pride, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as ‘performative’ for the sake of good publicity.

Not only did he criticize the league’s initiatives but Enteen also denounced NFL commissioner Roger Goodell as a ‘$50million puppet.’

He suggested that Goodell is controlled by NFL owners, accusing Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, of really pulling the strings.

He also alleged that Jones harbors racist and homophobic biases. ‘I think he hates gay people and black people,’ he said.

Enteen joined the Commanders in 2020 as a Senior Director of Content Strategy before being promoted to Vice President of Content in April 2022.

He previously worked for the New York Jets for two years between 2016 and 2018 as the Director of Digital and Social Media.

O’Keefe Media, meanwhile was founded by self-described ‘guerrilla journalist’ James O’Keefe, who previously founded right-wing activist group Project Veritas.

Like the date involving Enteen, the company frequently utilized undercover tactics, was accused by some of being deceptive and in 2022 was found by a federal jury to have violated wiretapping laws.
