Antony cleared of assault and threats in Brazil

Brazilian police have cleared Manchester United winger of domestic violence towards his ex-girlfriend, according to reports.

Antony, 24, was accused by his former partner Gabriela Cavallin of offending, assaulting and threatening her, leading to the Sao Paulo police department conducting an investigation.

However, over a year after the complaint was made, the police have found no evidence of any wrongdoing on Antony’s part and have concluded their investigation, as reported by Globo.com.
