Brighton will release seven players when their contracts expire at the end of this month.

It is a time of significant change for the Seagulls, with manager Roberto De Zerbi having left the club at the end of the season.

James Milner, however, won’t be leaving Brighton after the 38-year-old extended his contract by another year.

Danny Welbeck, who has been at Brighton since 2020, has extended his contract until 2026.

Brighton finished the season in 11th place in the Premier League.
